Driver/ Hirers

Rental Payments

Please make payment to “Flyt Group Sdn Bhd” Maybank account (account number to be advised by your service supervisor) – via Cash Deposit Machine (cash payments) or online bank-in. Please do not bank into any other bank account that has a different name than “Flyt Group Sdn Bhd”.

The rental shall be paid every week, before the start of the new week (every Sunday).

The rental all pay by weekly. Flyt Group Sdn Bhd don’t have any monthly car rental.

There will be a late charges of RM20 per day on top of the weekly rental rate which are to banked into Flyt Group Sdn Bhd Maybank account. (account number as per Supervisor advise).

Flyt Group Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to suspend the driver’s Grab accounts and Ctos the driver in the Ctos listreport the outstanding in the CTOS report. Other than that, Flyt Group Sdn Bhd will also blacklist the driver from the car rental business that may have relationns with Flyt Group Sdn Bhd

General

There is no age requirement to rent a car. You only need a valid full license (CDL) to drive car legally. “P” license is not allowed.

No deposit is required to rent a car, but there is an upfront need to pay upon taking the car. A week car rental and an amount of RM300 (LDW) is required.

LDW is coverage provided by Flyt to you which protects you against the liability cost for damage when an accident occurs whether the driver has caused it or not. However, this protection is only applicable in times of a collision with another vehicle (stationary or moving) and supported by a valid police report that was made together with our emergency response team. Please ensure that you follow our procedures if an accident were to occur, failing which will result in LDW voided.

We have Perodua Axia, Perodua Myvi, Perodua Bezza (1.0 &1.3), Proton Saga and Proton Persona. All the cars to rent depends on availability day by day.

Yes, we don’t limit the driver to drive for any usage as long as it’s legal, either for e-hailing or for daily routines such as running errands. Flyt does not limit the millage used by each driver that drives our car.

Yes, other than Grab, you are allowed to sign up with other E-hailing platforms

No, there is no minimum or maximum period to rent the car.

Service and Maintenance

You do not need to pay for service and maintenance. Flyt covers these expenses. Just make sure to follow the instructions given by your service supervisor for scheduled servicing.

You do not need to pay for the wear and tear of the car as Flyt covers all of these expenses.

Please contact our emergency number at 017-2600058 for further assistance. DO NOT engage with any other third party that comes by to offer “help”. You know… all those illegal tow car-person-lah!

If you are facing a car startup issue due to the car battery failing, we will send our very own battery ranger to the location that you have stopped the car. we will provide on the spot battery change to a brand new battery.

Accident and Claims

If you got into an accident, Firstly, STAY CALM! Please contact our 24-hour accident response team for immediate assistance. Our Accident ranger is on the road ready to help. Please do not engage in any third party such as unauthorized tow-car personnel that comes to talk to you. Just respond saying that we are on the way to solve this matter. DO NOT under any circumstances sign any release form or any agreement that you are unsure of or was not authorized by Flyt!!

You do not need to pay for anything as long as you follow our procedures

You do not need to pay for anything if as long as you follow our procedures. Flyt will ensure the appropriate legal actions are taken to recover or make insurance claims for the said vehicle. You will be given a replacement car as long as all steps are taken according to our policy.

Car Owners

Flyt car rental accepts NEW or less than 1 year Perodua Axia, Perodua Bezza 1.0, Perodua bezza 1.3, Proton Saga, Proton persona.

For the year range of the car, we normally take in new car of this model. However, we will also take in second hand car depends on the car condition and the car millage. The payment of the car also will be vary from car to car.

Payment

As for the owner payment, the owner will get the payment after two weeks. Start count from the date that car being rent out to the hirer.

The owner will still get payment weekly if the company don’t give notice on stop payment due car problem or owner issues.

Yes, there is a small payment for the owner to pay. If interested, please contact our friendly expert to explain all the payout and payment scheme at 03-84081901.

Accident and Insurances

No. It’s because there is an agreement signed between the owner and the company. There is also an agreement signed between the company and the hirer. So the hirer will need to bare the consequences if the car get into accident

No. The company will bare for the small accident that occurs by the driver. If the accident is serious, then the company will claim the car insurances.

Company will refund back the NCD to the owner after the owner renew the insurances. The maximum NCD will be refunded to the owner will be 25%.

The owner don’t need to pay any of the summon ticket. The owner just need to fill up the link that will only will be send to the owner after confirmation.

Yes, the owner will still get pay. Unless the car is in total loss condition or there is a serious method that the car cant be fix in a period. Then our staff will give the owner another plan for payment.

If the car is stolen or total loss, we will change the current payment plan of the owner to another plan which will explain by our expert in Flyt Group Sdn Bhd.

Service and Maintenance

The service maintenance will be fully bare by the company. Owner doesn’t need to pay a single sen for the car maintenance and there is no hidden charge throughout the car lease with Flyt Group Shd Bhd.

No. If there is a faulty in the car engine or flat Tyre, the owner don’t need to pay on it. The cost will be fully bare by the company.

We will have our own workshop which provide the good quality of engine oil and being done by a group of well trained technician.
